How to Return a Product

To return a product from PrintBarn, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, email us at contact@printbarn.ca with your purchase date, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once you receive your RMA number, write it visibly on the outside of your return package.

Eligible Returns

Most items purchased can be returned, provided they are in their original packaging and in new condition. Items with any noticeable wear cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items

No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt. Items not in their original packaging, or with noticeable wear, are not eligible for return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns for a refund or an exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges for returning products must be borne by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
